OVERVIEW OF OUR PRICING
Our lowest price is £5 and includes a ride up to 1 mile long.
After the first mile, we charge £2 per mile and measure the price to one-tenth of a mile to secure fair charges.
We have fixed charges for airports and some hotels. For example, going from East Grinstead to Gatwick airport is £33.
CARD PAYMENTS
Most of our drivers have in their cars portable card payment devices allowing them to pay by debit or credit card.
ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS
There are administrative expenses connected with keeping an account for our customers, of which we have to add about 10% to the usual price.
ESTATE CARS
If customers have a bigger volume of luggage, we can send an estate car for which we will charge an extra £10.
For example: Forest Row to Gatwick Airport, the basic fee is £38 plus £10 for an estate car comes up to £48 in total.
OUT OF EAST GRINSTEAD PRICING
In the case of a customer going from a place out of East Grinstead to another place out of East Grinstead, the price is calculated as if the customer traveled via East Grinstead.
Example 1: Customer goes from Forest Row to Nutley. The distance between these two towns is just 5.3 miles.
However, the price would have added the mileage from East Grinstead town center to Forest Row.
Example 2: Customer travels from Horsted Keynes to West Hoathly and does not go via East Grinstead at all. In this situation, we add up distances from East Grinstead to Horsted Keynes or West Hoathly.
WAITING TIME
Waiting time is £5 for every 10 min.
AFTER 22.00 CHARGES
When the majority of the ride occurs between 22.00 and 5:00 am, the prices would be time and a half.
